Rather than using a personal trainer that charges an expensive hourly rate to get a generic cookie-cutter routine, James takes the information provided by you in a detailed questionnaire to construct your routine to most effectively reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Fitness is a part of my life and I always recommend that people also make it part of theirs. But it should not be their whole life. That's why my routines are tailored around clients schedules, their food preferences, their access to equipment, their injuries and more. Fitness should enrich your life, no define it.
